Hi friends, I have been using BSNL sim card from past 3 years. My review is as :
I am a frequent traveller & I do keep on visiting J& K, Haryana, Punjab & NCR. The best thing about this operator is that they don’t charge for roaming calls. Otherwise I had to take special roaming plans of other operators.
I haven’t got any network coverage issue. Though I must say rural connectivity in Punjab is way better than other telecom networks.
Data speed is also good & in terms of plans they offer value for money plans like 429 for unlimited calls & 2GB data per day.
But customer care service is a point of concern, you need to wait around 5-6 minutes on call to talk with customer support executive. Sometimes waiting goes beyond 8-10 minutes.
Overall I recommend this network of you are a frequent traveller for its reliable network.
