BSNL India Golden Fifty

BSNL is going to introduce new plan from March 1

The’India Golden Fifty’ plan offers STD callsacross India at just 50 paisa per minute. The scheme will availablefrom March 1 onwards. While all local and STD calls will have a flatrate of 50 paisa per minute, calls to BSNL networks will be charged at20 paisa per minute(for local) and 30 paisa per minute(for STD).

The monthly rental of’India Golden Fifty’ plan will be Rs 375 inclusive of taxes.

Moreover BSNL has improved its network coverage in cities as well as in remote villages, railway routes and national highways.BSNL which was worst in Customer Care now improved alot with automated feedback through SMS and the response of the officials by registering the complaint through call centre is also very effective.

Still plans of improving the network is in progress and now BSNL network is very best than Vodafone and Airtel. There is no network congestion during peak hours and the call drops has drastically reduced.

But to get the SIM we have to go to the nearest customer care centre in karnataka. If BSNL would have introduced BSNL shoppee like in kerala then alot of customers would be able to get the BSNL product very easily.
