Indian's blessed with one more bureaucracy

BSNL’s Cell One, the post-paid service is one more gift to indians which boasts of technology comparable to the other service providers but lack in the basics, the same case as other PSU’s services

ADVANTAGES

All over India free roaming:

well this is the only service in India which gives you connectivity whole over India and that too with no roaming charge.

Bill generated after a long time:

Users have to pay the bill after 2 months as till date the billing has not been regularised.

Cheapest in it’s sector

No air time charge and also one of the first cellular to make all incomings free.

DISADVANTAGES

Customer Care centres very few across the country so a long queue has to be overcome to reach the executive.

No clearance if bill is faulty

Work is done at snails pace.

Once your mobile is stolen or any other mishap occurs it can’t even churn out the details that which number has been called by it’s SIM.

SMS takes a day time to reach other party.

Well there are advantages on economy basis but on the terms of service it has to turn many of the stones. it’s not easy to manage such a large network but as the mobile users has got a habit of speedy services such a service demoralises them.
