I brought bsnl sim 3 years ago after using the sim for some time the sim started creating problem the signal strength was poor even in my home town mumbai which is the most developed city in india the signal strength is poor when I went to the customer care gallery which is near by my house they also could not help me it they use to say it will be done by tommorrow an the same they use to say the next day the offer were also not so impressive after the introduction of jio which is the boost in the internet service I personal love the offers an the service offered are to good they are no competion for jio as far as possible I would say do not take bsnl sim go for jio
