Nowadays BSNL customer care is going poor day by day. So many complaints and no care is taken by the customer care representatives.
First of all the customer care representatives talk with the customers with the big head as they are central government staffs.
For instance take you have caller tune, radio activated on your mobile. The customer care representative says to call individual number to deactivate these services.
There is no deactivation service through SMS services. If you like to activate DND service again you have to cal another number to do it. But in case of airtel or other networks the customer care representative does all this job in just one phone call. Its easy to activate or deactivate a service by just sending messages in private networks.
So friends I personally suggest not to go for a mobile service where customers are not respected.
