A few months I ACCIDENTALLY activated Caller tunes by pressing * when calling someone else, now I want to de-activate it, but on calling Customer care they ask me to dial 56702 from mobile.
This number does not work!! What do they expect me to do? Their customer care should be able to do stuff like de-activation of VAS etc., not ask me to call somewhere else.
Their network exists everywhere.... until you decide to make a call, the calls will not get through!!
The network is for ’showing’ on your phone, not for calling.
Likewise, when people call you, they get message "Out of service area", when on your mobile you can see "Cellone" and network !!
Their 3G antennas are few and far in-between. Not every area is covered, if you want to make Video call, you need to stand still in area where 3G tower is there, else the call will drop.
