I am using this operator about 5 years and all of my family members using BSNL . I really like this operator.
Its network coverage is too good in west Bengal. It give the best services on rural area and I have got full network on metro rail , its really amazing. Network coverage is good, even I get network on subway or metro railway.
Its net service is good. It gives fastest 2G and 3G service. I know its all promo or power pack is high and also its call rate but sometimes it gives awesome offers for customers.
I just like this operator.
