I am using bsnl prepaid sim since 2011 . It is one of the good network. Nice internet packs . Same rate for 2G and 3G internet it is the one of its advantage.
Call rate is costlier than others . but value added packs available . There is no life time validity available in bsnl. In rainy season network problem irritates. But in our area bsnl is good
