The network coverage of bsnl cellone is very low. especially in villages the range of bsnl cellone goes down automatically.they have no customer service between 5 pm to 10 am.sometimes the network coverage is good but when we call to someone they said that the mobile is switched off.but in actual the mobile phone was not switched off.so this is what the bsnl service is not good in communication. I have 2G mobile when I am using internet it was not good as compared to vodafones 2G internet. the range of internet goes for long time like 2-3 days
