I have been using DATAone for last nine months and theexperience I had is just unimaginable. Not even a 1 second of down time in allthese months. And above all customer service goes to the extreme level insolving the problem.
before BSNL, I had Tata indicome, nothing said is better for them withpathetic service and sucking all the money. I had Tataindicom broadband for twomonths and in these two months I didn’t had internet for 27 Days and I had paidRs 4500 for installation charges. and montly 2000 for the pachkages for nointernet and at last one day, I just bang their Office with some of my friendand returned all there instrument with proper acknowledgement..
Then I tried BSNL, no connection charges just 250 Rs monthly that’s all and forlast nine it’s just going smooth. Once I had problem with my own router(notBSNL rented router-modem), they called me to there office and there engineertook personal pain in solving that problem, can you imagine this sort ofservice from illiterates private operator.
