When you go for a public sector unit like BSNL, it’s given that the response and service will be slow. But one thing is assured, when it comes it really COMES.
If you are going to stay in your place for a long time then I recommend going for BSNL as this is once and forever like Indian Marriage.
The speed is phenomenal. 2MBps for Rs 550 /- with download limits of 2.5 GB, this beats every competitor in the market by a large margin. The UP Time is almost 99%. The customer service is responsive. They may not be over courteous like other private companies, but they do respond. Frankly if the link is not down you don’t really need them.
I think this is a must have for every body. As BSNL works across towns and villages of India, you can always get your connection transferred. Mind you, a BSNL connection is a must as one of your asset. Like you LPG connection. It will stay with you forever.
