BSNL Broadband Wireless

I finally gave up my BSNL broadband connection. it hadn’t worked at allfor the PAST 5 MONTHS. I still had to pay for all 5 months/ approx Rs 1000.00 per month.


I made numerous calls to customer care, sent emails, but to no avail. I even used mycontacts to get in touch with senior ppl in BSNL to hurry up theprocess; due to this, eventually the technician, linesman, engineer, senior engineer etc. all showed up to try to fix the problem, even changed the modem a few times. unfortunately none of them could figureout what was wrong.


All the people who showed up had little technical knowledge (they were middle-aged employees of BSNL, who had been transferred from other departments with virtually no training). I sometimes had to show them how to use my laptops. they just havent bothered to get any trained staff to address any complaints.


Finally they took away my modem and stopped taking my calls. (typical of a govt. org)


So like I said, if it works without any hitches, count your blessings, butif it doesnt, BSNL certainly isnt qualified to fix it. take yourchances, if you think it’s worth the trouble.
