I am one of the BSNL’s DataOne happy customer.I am using Unlimited Home plan with 256kbps speed and paying Rs 750/month.The speed is very good and there are no connection issues.I have been using Wireless router which I purchased during BSNL Mela paid only Rs 900 (50% Discount).
Installation was done within a day after the registration.
Service is too good. One cannot imagine that this is the govt organization.Even in the BSNL office, all the employes are happy to server you and they will guide you to choose the plan and fill the form.
If you have plan to go for Broadband connection, simply choose DataOne.Its value for the money and peace of mind.
Customer support is very much improved.They will attend the issue very quickly.But one thing you remember about the support executives, They are not like other customer support execs. They talk as if they are doing a favour for us.They have to keep in mind that they are there because of customers. BSNL has to give little more corprate touch to the Support.
