BSNL has the best download speed so far in the country and its the cheapest broadband service in the world. only we have to take care about the line (Drop wire) characteristics i.e, noise and damage.
if we keep our line free from noise and less joints then it will not disconnect frequently.
whenever we have any complaint we have to pursue it... unlike private players BSNL don’t hide any charges as its a govt. owned company... govt. is responsible for every act conducted by this company. only thing that lacks in BSNL is its prompt customer service.. but nowadays it has been improved tremendously and it will match to private operators soon. If anyone having problem then he/she can contact TTA, JTO and SDO of the concerned Area and they will satisfactorily reply you. if u r not content then u can aproach DET and DGM, they are liable to solve ur problem in time bound period.
if one has to save money and go reliably then connect to BSNL services with its simple but cost effective plans.
