I wish to inform you that when BSNL offered service of 2 months free trial period, after registering my Name I had waste my Time, Money & Precious Energy to go from Pillar to Post that is from the Local Office to GMs Office to get the connection. Finally I could get it activated only after about 45 days of continuous follow up. I REALLY GOT FED UP AS NO ONE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY.
Now the connection is working. I AM REALLY SUPRISED HOW A COMPANY OF BSNL REPUTE DO NOT SET UP PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. SALES, AFTER SALES AND OPERATIONS.
Can anyone look into the Operations, Customers Service and after Sales Support for BSNL? I have lost faith in BSNL billing. WOULD ANY SENIOR PERSON PLEASE LOOK INTO THESE GREY AREAS? PLEASE ALSO LET ME KNOW S TO WHAT ACTIONS WOULD BE DONE FOR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME?
