I have been using BSNL broadband service since last 1 year. but since last 2 months I am facing problem in opening web sites and downloading the contents.
It disconnects automatically with no reason. I have to refresh a page for 5-6 times then only it gets downloaded properly.
I have tried to contact on BSNL customer care number which is 1800-424-1600 but it never allows me to reach to any person. When I press a button to talk to their customer care representative I can hear engage tone always.
I am surprised to see this kind of poor and unprofessional service from BSNL which is the largest and oldest telecom provider of the country. Private sectors who are smaller and new born are giving far better service then BSNL. I really now regret my decision to have BSNL connection in my home. I actually want to unsubscribe from the service and give back all the things to BSNL but for that also they are not picking up the phone.
Shame on you, BSNL!!!!!
I am sure that no one is going to read this complaint and even reads no one is going to do anything about my problem. I am writing for the sake of my satisfaction. I would be really surprised if I get any response from BSNL or any improvement in their service or at least their customer care service number starts working properly. But unfortunately BSNL can not surprise their customer by doing any of these. It just can give shocks to their customers by overcharging them, deactivating their customer care lines and shouting and insulting the customers who go personally to BSNL offices.
Grow up BSNL!!!!!!!!
