Its better than what others give .IF u r living in a metro city than u must ask someone who is using it but in normal cities its best in my opinion.so dont hear what other say do as u believe.because u are using the biggest service provider in this field.
You may opt for other plans according to your needs. I use rs 550 plan which give free downloading from 2am to 8 am which is sufficient.
The service is widely used in the normal cities than other companies so don’t hesitate in asking me about the response of the service. I will surely reply to your questions on your mail id.
Let me tell you about the basic details about installation and service.
- If you have a land line than you dont need much time for your broad band to be installed
as the maximum time legally is 7 days but it will be done in10 to 12 days.
If you dont have a land line than u must have to first take a land line and than apply for the broad band or if you are opting for some combo type plans which gives you an exciting offers than u may apply together. it will take nearly 15 days for land line to be installed and some more 10 to 12 days for the broad band .
The person will take nearly 10 min to install modem .

- Speed depends on load and congestion and type of city. usually I get 110 to 170 KBPS speed which is best than what others give.
Now I am updating this Review to give the details about the ISP support and performance.
- Well most of the time the problems were solved within 2 days and it helps a lot hen you get a fast reponse.
2.If you have a hardware problem like modem problem then it may take upto 7 to 10 days to get repaired so you just need to enquire about the status of complain again and again....!! HOPE this satisfies it more.!!!
