I have BSNL Broadband connection for past two years, speed is really very good "when it works"
BSNL service is typical careless Govt organisation service, they have not changed even thou there are so many privet players taking out their share every day.
Connection drops so may time
Phone goes dead atlest once a week
No email service to lodge complain
Call center do not pick up phones!
Call logged are closed even without attending the call - with falls remarks like "House Closed"
Better some privet company takes over BSNL and kicks out these inefficient Govt servants wasting taxpayers money
