Well let me begin by saying that Bsnl Broadband services were good once upon a time, but now its totally worthless.Well even as I am writing this review the internet keeps tripping. I really hate it becoz when youve got to download those big file 2 things are needed ( 1) a stable connection ( 2) a high speed internet both of which BSNL DOES NOT PROVIDE. Its a shame that other service providers have good network speeds touching up all the way to 258 k/s and bsnl? I cant even say it
JUST 67-100 k/s. And then they say that they got good schemes and their prices are the lowest but what they need to understand is the price is not all that matters its also the quality and service which is also taken into consideration. Coming to service my internet had tripped on 22 May. After calling up different engineers including the head who made false promises that it would be repaired by it was repaired by the 27 OF JUNE. Their service response tym is extremely horrible. The best thing about bsnl is they know when to collect the money. Lets just get on fact ryt. If you are going are going to get a slow , lousy "always tripping network" would u pay for it the full amount yet they cheat us. I domt know about the service in other states but I would like you friend if youll could comment and tell me if this is the same situation in your state
