I would like to share a genuine issue I am having since recent times. I am using Bsnl Services around from 2-3 years but when recently due to increasing my data usage I got Upgraded my internet plan. But from the following month, I faced the problem of discontinuation of internet service suddenly, after further inquiry I came to know that it was happening due to due payment of bill, but the problem was that I was not getting any bill( by post) like before and Bsnl was directly stopping my internet service without any notice and it still happens at month end.
Because of this, the problem is that I dont know when the service could stop and I dont even know the due date to make the payment of the bill.
Internet speed is also fluctuating and is not as promising as the Bsnl claims.
Service & Support are acceptable except the above problem mentioned.
Still, I will prefer and suggest other to get an internet service from a private internet service provider to get faster and more
