Bsnl has never paid heed to customer problems and they dont care about consumer satisfation.I took their broaband connection 1 year ago and many times I faced issues like constant disconnection, slow speed, modem issue etc.Their pathetic and poor customer service never responded on time.
Earlier they were having pocket friendly broadband plans but now they have abnormly raised the price without raising the standards of service.If you dont want to waste your money and time then don’t make a mistake of taking dataone broadband connection
