Well


its a good deal for a average house hold but one thing I really get irritated ablout is the costumer service......


first of they charged me 500 bucks fr ’’installing and fr setting up the connection’’ but two days later I had had to sit and figure out how to set up the connection (i donno much about setting up a network ).


next is when I encounter a problem the call center is virtually of no use and I have to waite fr a 2-3days fr a more knowledgable person to contact me. this is very fustrating.


finally in the home 500 plan there is uncapped downloading from 2 am to 8am which is awsome but in the service page they give the total volume downloaded and uploaded (ie they even include the volume downloaded durin 2 to8 am )so if one has to kon wats the exact volume downloaded he has to subtracting the extra figures included....this is again highly irritating .


but on the whole a great plan....
