It has been 1 month since I applied for a broadband connection and still I haven’t got it. In fact I haven’t even received my modem. I tell you these government companies don’t give a damn about customer satisfaction. All these men are withdrawing salary for free and they don’t give a damn about the service they provide. They think of themselves as GOD.
They said within 12 days broadband will be in my home, cheaters, liars. And they took 2000 Rs for that. Please someone tell them that this is 21st century we are living in, not 17th century. They work at snails pace. Every day I call them, most of the time call is dropped. Other times they say they are sending the line-man just now, and he never appears. Now what am I supposed to do, send him a red colored invitation card along with some sweets to beg him to come to my house?
I wait for the day BSNL becomes bankrupt and it will be the joyous day of my life.
