I am a disappointed BSnL customer. I am using BSNL broadband. And unfortunately I pay every month but my phone and internet are not working. We have raised so many complaints and directly went to BSNL office. they are so shameless that they don’t even bother about ur requests. I have very very bad experience with BSNL Bangalore (KR Puram)..Last week we went to BSNL and the lady told that she is coming directly to our place, we waited for her and she didnt turn up.
BSNL is a complete waste
