Have been using this connection for last two years.I got the connection in some festival offer where they waived off connection charges and I got a wireless modem at low rate. Have an unlimted download plan at 512kbps @ Rs 799. The connection speed was good however it was very unreliable with frequent disconnection. Whenever I contacted customtakeouter service, first-its very difficult to connect, you have to wait for a long time for your call to be picked up by an agent. Then they make you go through the same routine test procedure again and again without understanding your problem.Whenever I asked them to send someone to check, they always said it will be done but no one came..and the funny part is the connection used to come back by itself after a few hours (days on few occasions). I got frustrated and decided to disconnect the services. However, luckily one of my friend suggested to get the modem checked. I took the modem to BSNL office and they said it’s faulty but it’s been in use for more than an year so the modem guarantee is over. Also, they did not have and wireless modem in stock so I needed to get one from market. I got an old wired modem from a friend and it has been working perfectly fine. It’s been nearly seven months now and I have never faced any disconnection or other problem. the speed has been stable and I get nearly 60-70kbps download speed consistently.

Pros - cheap broadband service, ok speed, fairly reliable connection, proper billing
Cons - very unprofessional customtakeouter service, ancient equipment (just replaced my digital display handset as it stopped working and they gave me old world basic handset), need to visit their office for getting anything done
