I’m using EVDO for past 1 year (My brother bought this when the data card was introduced in BSNL!). We had that for rental. Though the speed is not good at all times and connection reliability is not up to satisfaction, I’m using this; Because it works fine 60% of times. Last month only we bought the device. Before five days it said "Access denied. Username and/or password is invalid for this domain". I didn’t change any setting parameter. But it said like this. I’ve searched for the CC number in BSNL website. But I couldn’t find. Then I found CC numbers (Bangalore) from some forums and tried for those numbers. The ring is keep on going; no one is there to pick up the call!! It means no one is ready to "care" the customers in Customer care centres!! Initially I thought as I tried on Saturday, no one was there. But I tried today(Monday) also; the same condition!!
I dont know how to complaint about my problem. So I sent mail to all Senior staffs and Customer Services and Customer Care center managers. Now waiting for the reply! :(
