The optical fiber Internet of BSNL is supposed to be a premier service offering with high speed and connectivity.
Connectivity of optical fiber internet has been broken for entire Nimhans campus and also at my address since 2/14/2017.
There has been no resolution at all. Here is the chronology of events:
Optical Fiber broadband Internet stops working on 2/14/2017
Docket/Ticket number raised by calling 1500 from BSNL landline. Docket Number 117345717212
Calling BSNL Local lineman does not yield resolution. He says the lineman does not take care of optical fiber broadband and that it is outsourced
Called the person in charge of the optical fibernet(Suresh mobile number 9686335866) but he refused to even take up the call
Raised escalation ticket number 117357097437 owing to inexplicable 3 day delay
Very poor experience with BSNL. Issue remains unresolved even after days.
Technicians and call center folks have the audacity to tell us that 24 hour deadline for them means 3 days as they only work 8 hours a day
