Extremely frustrating service, poor accountability

Extremely frustrating service, no customer focus or care. Connection goes down and then you are at God’s grace.


I have a regret as to why I took connection and also got my other 60 odd friends to get it. There are some or the other problem on daily basis, mainly speed and consistency. On top of that pathetic service! They also made promises but eventually those are forgotten. People are getting wrongly billed. no one seem to be happy. We are going to approach private vendors now for FTTH.
