Please beware before you take a BSNL FTTH connection
My connection is down since 4 days and no sight to resolution
Totally unworthy and unreliable. I am near Koramangala in Bangalore. I raised ticket with 1500 number of BSNL. He tells me - "Sir we have 24 hours SLA and technician works 8 hours a day. So issues will take 3 days"> Take that!
At-least customer service/response is good with private vendor. BSNL folks and linemen don’t resolve issue for 4 days and keep their mobiles switched off
