Customer serivce at BSNL

I was very eager to get the G3 data card for the laptop , waiting for the booking to open in Hyderabad. However , the customer service is so poor. The information is not available on the counter. There is only one guy controlling the entire connectivity , and he does not seem to know much except talk and talk.


Suddenly , they ask you to produce all the proof . After some time, they ask for xerox copies. By that time your patience is evaporated..


Why can’t such a big organisation have a Xerox machine in their premises? why should the harassed customer has to run around for one copy of xerox?


When they are charging almost 4500 for the initial payment, all they could do is being more customer friendly and have machines that take copies of what they need. I almost decided not to take this connection due to administrative incompetence.
