As Bsnl is the best landline and mobile service provider. keeping the reputation of bsnl I have purchased bsnl penta. The cost was very less. In the same way the performance was very less even we can say worst. The battery backup was horrible. If you charge for 3 hours, you can use for one hour. The clarity is not good. But it is easy to use, if it is not switched off. The internal memory and external memory and RAM are good. but the problem comes with battery back up. The tab touch was broken. when I contacted to customer care, they are telling that the touch screen is not available with them. and asked to exchange with new products. I dont recommend this product
