I bought Penta IS703C two days back. First its frequently hangs-on after removing few apps (McAfee Security Anti Virus, and other unknown apps) its working fine now. Need to wait and analyze some more days.
After analysing for a week, its very good for gaming / video / books / android development. Best for this pice range (Rs. 6070 - ebay offer 5767).

Cons:
1. First time takes 3-4 mins to boot up.
2. Low Resolution (800x480). Pixels are less.
