I have read a lot of reviews about BSNL and I feel that it is correct.
I had a very bad experience with BSNL. I shifted my house recently and I requested for a transfer of my landline connection with BSNL. The transfer needs to be done within the same exchange and they promised me to transfer it within 10 days .
But its almost a month and they have not transferred it yet. I went to the BSNL office around 6 or 7 times to follow up with them but they have not even taken this into consideration and everytime they will say they will complete by today. I wonder why is it taking more than a month for them to transfer a phone within the same exchange area. I am really fed up of this and I really feel ashamed of their service. I feel that BSNL is providing a worst service to the customers even though thay have privatized it.
