RECHARGE REFUND NOT GIVEN, WORST SERVICE FROM 1503

Balance not credited to my mobile number(due to unsucessfull recharge) but refund not given to my bank account till now.

I recharged my bsnl pre-paid mobile using VISA ELECTRON debit card.


Top-up amount 55/- Rs


Transaction ID - TXT2212201287939


Reference no. - 88892514654


Time: 05:10 AM 22-dec-2012


Money DEBITED from my bank account


Transaction is sucessfull.


But mobile account is not recharged.


I given complaint DOCKET NUMBER: L28AP301396


I called to CC(1503)


There is no recharge information from my mobile number, some times they keeping on hold and cutting my call.


On 28/12/2012,


I received refund will be given min 3 to 5 days.


But till now REFUND NOT GIVEN.


Worst reply from senior level customer care


Friends dont trust BSNL portal online recharge


BETTER TO USE PAYTM.COM(QUICK REFUND IS THERE)
