BSNL 3G sim card & mobile sevice is worst & bsnl retail shop staff response 2 the customer r worst
and then 3G customer service is also worst. I will tell u wat hap wit me I bot 2 bsnl 3G sim cards the retailer said he wil activate connection with in 4 hour but he took 8 hrs 2 activate. it worked 4 one day then it is of no
use now. I went 2 retailer & said about the prob but he is not responding he isgiving simple excuses that the technician is not avail I asked him customer care no he gave me but it is also of no use. the are also not
responding properly .
