Customers are a pain for BSNL!

My phone(Cum Broadband connection) stopped working since 3rd May’07. We kept on calling, multiple times every day,  the customer complaint number, but no action was taken. We were just told that the cable is cut. They then told us on 11th May to contact the SDO . SDO was on leave. Called up on saturday, same answer. Called up on 14th May, same answer. I requested my friend who is a GM in the BSNL’s corporate office in Delhi, to help. He spoke to the GM BSNL of NOIDA. Today is 22nd May, the phone is still dead. BSNL is still sleeping. Last week I called up Airtel and have got a landline cum broadband conection from Airtel installed at my house. The Internet Speed is much better than the BSNL connection.


Long live our PSUs, which milk the taxpayer’s of their hard earned money, give free connections to our Honourable MPs and ministers, provide free guest houses for stay to their officers on private visits and so on.
