Using portal.bsnl.in I recharged my mobile. Money debited from my bank account but recharge not done
after complaint I received message ur refund will be given in 3-5days to your bank account after one month once I called to customer care, they given email pg_ap_tcmobile@bsnl.co.in
but its dummy mail.
I have to know does it takes one month for re-transaction. From one month the status is "REFUND INITIATED"
