I would like to say that I am very happy with BSNL for the past 12 years. They have very good service in telecom service, but I am writing this review after being very frustrated about their strike since 3 days. BSNL Landline service is down in our 1000+ apartment complex named’Brigade Gardenia’ in Bangalore. They have been very foolish towards their customers by disconnecting the services. They employees at BSNL must learn better ways of creating a strike. Very bad and I am deeply hurt by this action of BSNL Management.
