3 years ago I got installed bsnl wimax connection hoping that it is wireless and will face no problems as with the broadband.
I have to pay monthly bill around Rs875.
From previous five months I am getting a data speed problem in daytime. In daytime the server is not able to connect and my work suffers. I have made serveral complaints and also post in bsnl grieviance cell but no one bothered. Today I called jto and je. They said they will look after it but no one came to even check the problem .
Now after getting fed up from bsnl customer service I am going to disconnect the connection tomorrow definately.
So it is my honest opinion to all to not to get installed bsnl connection.
