I was using BSNL Wimax for more then a year with basepack price of 780/month with 512kbps speed with umlimited data use. At the begining, I had no issue with the service. As the time passed, the networks breaks down once every months. Even, when I compalined the issue in d BSNL office, it takes them 15-20 days to fix the issue. Its been 7 months back since I paid my bill and again the issue started the nezt day of my bill payment. After repeated complaint, they failed to reoair the issue. The angry part is, they r still billing me d bills every month even without using their service. I complaint to the head office n told my issue.still they r telling me to clear of my dues. Now my question is, why sud I pay d bills, while they failed me to provide their service. They BSNL had sent me a letter with threathening from court.very bad service.
