I recently happened to visit BTW kirti nagar outlet and definitely after having ordered once, I couldn’t resist giving it one more try. I ordered the Aloo tikki which is one of their specialties, The food was nice in presentation as well as hygienic . The tikkis were prepared in olive oil and had nice seasoning on it .
Talking about the presentation, it was good but could have been little better . We also ordered badam drink which tasted good but the quantity could have been more according to the price charged.
The place has nice ambience with proper seating and can be fully occupied on weekends and rush hours.
customer service is good, the waiters are well behaved and nice with average waiting time which can be a bit more during peak hours but overall a nice experience and definitely it is value for money.
