This is the worst among worst company you want to worked with.first of all I would say the company is handled by worst ceo and top level management of the world.he is completely responsible for the current stage of the company. a highly egoist, arrogant, reserved and spoon friendly. the company has indulged in unfair labour practices and also a pf and epf and full and final settlement defaulter. they did not have a vision. they have not made payments to its vendors despite of several follow ups. the policy of the company is very bad both for employees and vendors.when you go for the interview they will lure you and tell several good things about the company. they will tell you this will be your CTC and inhand salary. once you will join you realize the company have cheated you.
Will never give you salary break up. its obvious the company is running in loss but why hiring keeping someone in darkness. their is no growth in this company. the company is master licensee with ichibaan automobiles which is the group company of GMS group of Budget Rent a Car a leading brand in car rental and leasing across the globe. this foreign CEO have no experience working in india and doesnot understand indian culture. the attrition rate is even higher than bpo at 75%.the hr practice is so bad that I cant tell you. they have no hr auditing.they dont have a muster roll even. they will not provide you a signed salary slip if you demand because of this. the company is full of such top level managers who are even able to work as front executive.
