I work in a startup and was looking for second hand phones. We wanted to purchase 15 multiple smart phones with different OS for testing our App. So our 1st preference was of-course pre-owned mobile phones. Checked on various e-commerce websites like OLX, Quikr, Ebay etc. but wasn’t cost effective!
