This is having some good name in branding but I am totally sad with this product.i brought it last year and occasionally used for 4 months and it has some important data to store and when I tried to read that, it made some big sound and overheated, so removed the cable and let it make cool and tried another and but in wain it did’t even read and detected.
I have very important data in that required to have that day.i given to the service center and the asked to come back next day and after surprising I got the info that it was gone and it will not be repaired and even my warranty got expired and now its waste of use.one day accidentally it detected and I copied everything from disk directly and safe.i wrote a mail to them with my issue.
