Around 1.3 yrs back had bought a Bulchee belt from Westside. But just a month back the buckle broke making the belt unusable. I wrote to the customer service and they readily agreed to replace the buckle if I gave both the belt and the buckle in the Garuda mall outlet. I got the replacement from there with a small problem as below.
After receiving call that my belt is ready I went to Garuda mall. The guy incharge told that he has only the buckle replacement and he doesn’t has the belt. Got very frustrated at this point at which I wrote another mail to customer service.
Customer service of Bulchee is very dedicated. Through the mail chain it was clear that the issue was escalated to the proper level and within half a day got mail saying that the belt is found and they were ready to even courier it to my home. But I chose to go there and collect it and if I need any product in future that is sold by Bulchee, Bulchee would get the first and topmost preference.
Reducing the 1 star for the inconvenience caused by the Garuda mall store.
