I am using Machismo for last 3+ years, the engine was replaced immediately after 4000 kms due to bad performance. After that immediately the bike started giving lot of problems, when I contact the company they are very reluctant and no support is given by them. After the warranty period (1 year) the company official has refused to give any kind of support and told me that I have to do everything on chargable basis. I had escalated this matter even to Mr. PK Purang - chairman but there was no reply from him also. Today after 40000 KMS the bike is having knocking, noise, gear and many other problems. Its really very frustating. Atleast I will never recommend this bike to anybody. For me I think it is just waste of 70, 000 rs. + the maintenance cost . Friends request you not to buy Royal enfield, and in case you buy it do not expect any support from the company
