Please read the last part, I have added to my earlier review, Sorry That I was a little late to write a review abt my bike, I am a proud owner of Royal Enfield Bullet Machismo 350cc. It has been just over 2 Months, and I am in Deep Love With My Bike, while riding it..
I’ll forget all my tensions.. It’s an ultimate comfortable cruiser, which is well adapted to City Traffic.Nobody needs an intro to the Bullet Series, which has a legend, a hereditary Pride which each and every Bullet owner carries with the bike.
This bike with a left leg Gear shift ( 5 Speed, 1 up and 4 down ), Electric Start and Disc Brake makes the Beast Civilized to cruise though the city traffic easily. When you happen to stop in the traffic lights, people can’t stop looking at the bike, that one thing alone can make you a proud owner.
Before the first Service It gave me 29 Kmpl, but after the first service it improved to 35kmpl (with which I am satisfied), but it is expected to go up to 38Kmpl as told to me by the showroom guy.But if are looking for a bullet, who care abt the economy?
This bike has got a longer silencer compared to Bullet Standard and Bullet Electra, because of which there is some loss to the Real Bullet Thump and Beat, but not that bad, if you want the Real Thump, you got to change the silencer to Short Bottle Silencer which is available in the Royal Enfield Service Center @ around 650 to 750 bugs.The Chrome plated Tank and Full mud Guard and Killer Looks!
The riding posture is also majestic, unlike the older bullets this one is not that hard to kick start, but of course you the Electric Start Option, this one don’t require you to decompress (Adjust Amps) it every time you start(occasionally you need to do it) .
You should not ride the bike beyond 60kmph during the initial 1000km and beyond 80kmph during initial 3000km. this bike would give u max economy if you ride between 40kmph and60kmph. The riding comfort is unarguable, as Bullets are known for that and My Machismo lives up to it, The bike became more smooth after the first service. Its best suited bike for long rides.Guys… if you have the guts to think different... Then don’t waste time… Royal Enfield Bullet Machismo is the Bike for you... Go for it… I really love the bike.
I am adding a little bit to the existing Review, It’s been over a year with my Machismo.My Bike used to give Vibrations post 80 kmph. I had complained this many times in the Royal Enfield Service Center, Thiruvanmayur, Chennai during the Free Service Sessions, but they did nothing to rectify it.
After all the free services, I took my bike to Service Center of Sheshan. He is One of the Most popular and Most Experienced Bullet Mechanics in Chennai, in the field for past 30 years or so. even though he charged me heavily, now all the vibrations have died out, the bike is very stable even @ 90kmph and more. I am enjoying the ride like never before.
He also adviced me that, I have to change the existing silencer to "Retro Silencer" which is no more in production, but he has Requested the RE Factory to supply him some 30 Retro Silencers for his customers, once you change it, the Ride will be even more smoother.you can contact Sheshan @ 9941895606 if u are in Chennai.
