Adrenalin Rush...oh boy

It was november of 2005, in Chennai.enfield had organized its "log out" trip to mahabalipuram through ECR .my luck was riding high since I didnt have a bike and I got a call from the dealers telling me that I can use a thunderbird.wooooooooo.got it picked from adyar.got lot of help from my chennai friends to navigate through the roads in chennai.(m from blore).it was a kick starter one.silver colour.

it was a pure joy and sense of rush to hook on to the fifth gear which I found it difficult on chennai roads.next day early at 6 o clock all the bikers with their 350, 500, machismos were ready to rumble.one could spot some pulsars and splendors as well.never mind.

I never drove a bike in a rally so it was pure excitement like a kid getting his first toy.m fiancee was at the rear.which added some more adrenalin to the entire experience.

now coming to the bike.the power was simply mindblowing, with its pickup.braking was flawless, I felt so much in harmony with the bike.the height was simply perfect for me.though I had to go through the inconvenience of kicking the bike whenever it stopped but riding a pure machine at 120 kmh was simply worth the pain.

the sea breeze to ur left, the sands of kovalam.the drag race(which I won a round of it).adds all the sweet memories for the bird.

I touched 100- 120 were often.though missing a cycle wallah by inches.again the braking saved my life.

in short it was pure unadulterated rush of madness.never wished the day to end
