At last, a Yash Raj Film! After three sucessful movies in 2004 (Hum Tum, Dhoom, Veer Zaara), Yash Raj Movie is back. Bunty aur Babli is also like other Yash Raj Films, entertaining, funny and romantic.
Rakesh aka Bunty(Abhishek Bachchan) and Vimmi aka Babli (Rani Mukheji) are bored of their life in the small town Fursatganj and Pankhinagar respectively. They both escape from their houses to attain some fortune. But both fail. They both meet each other on Lucknow station. Then the duo decide to go to Mumbai because they were sure that Mumbai is the only city in India which will understand their dream. But they didnt had the money to go to Mumbai. So they decide to fool people and rob their money.
The duo meet hotel managers, rich people fool them in a amusing way and take their money. When they reach Mumbai, they decide to marry and have more fun by fooling more people.
Inspector Dashrath Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) is appointed to arrest Bunty and Babli. Dashrath Singh is a very intelligent person and day by day he comes to know Bunty and Babli’s plans. Will he suceed in catching Bunty and Babli? Will Bunty and Babli manage to escape from Dashrath’s clutches? To find out, watch BAB.

Everyone’s performance was brillaint. The best of them was Big B! Rani Mukherji and Abhishek Bachchan’s role was a good one. Even others like Raj Babbar, Puneet Isarr, Daya Shankar Pandey, etc. have done a good role. The music and lyrics was the best. Aishwariya Rai’s item number ’Kajra Re’ sizzles the big screen! The song was needed in the movie but it is really very well made.
On the whole, BAB is a must watch. It is a movie which will make you laugh. Dont miss it!
