I used to be a big fan of burger king while I was staying out of India, when they were opening up in India I was the happiest guy, walking into the outlet when it opened was nostalgia.
Standing at the counter wondering what to order was hard since they did not have the same menu they have outside(some things) I anyways ordered a chicken whopper fries and iced tea.
Looking at the burger my mouth was watering but digging into it was a messy affair the lettuce keeps falling out, the grilled patty keeps sliding out and the sauces kept oozing and dirtying your fingers. However the taste was okayish if anything, the fries were salty and the iced tea wasnt all that great makes me wonder why these fast foods can never brew their own iced tea instead of using lipton or whatever brands.
after having a not so good experience back when it started I said il go give it a try again when they properly set up and maybe learn from their feedback or mistakes.
This time they had the angriest whopper being advertised and the cashier recommending you try it. I went in for it as well as ordered out chicken and veg strips, and cheesy chicken fries and a crispy burger.
The angriest whopper was amazing, a bit on the spicy side but it was way better than the usual whopper. However the take away left me disappointing, the cashier took my order properly and charged me for the chicken cheesy fries but gave only cheesy fries, the cirspy burger was just patty, bun and mayo nothing else, the fries were salty still.
looks like they do not want to med their mistakes. Untill then I guess I quit loving burger king.
